Our most recent full season, Ruin's Gate, is a Weird Western set on the distant alien planet of Antarras. In a world of hellbeasts, strange mutations, and factions vying for power in an isolated little boomtown, Ruin's Gate explores community building in the face of a vast, hostile wasteland. This season uses A Fistful of Darkness.This is the best place for new listeners to jump in!
East Haven Heights consists of two mini-seasons: East Haven Heights vol. 1 (playing Masks: A New Generation), a story about three teen superheroes who uncover a city-wide conspiracy; and the currently ongoing East Haven Heights vol. 2 (playing Molotov College), a spiritual sequel inspired by The Umbrella Academy, about four former teen superheroes who are brought back together by the death of their former teammate, which heralds an oncoming apocalypse.If you're looking for something shorter to get a sense of what we do, start with either East Haven Heights vol. 1! You can also listen to East Haven Heights vol. 2 on its own, but we recommend listening to our world building episode, The East Haven Origins Compendium, first.
Though technically a spin-off of our first season (Deliverance, OH), our Patreon-exclusive show The Forensic Department of Paranormal and Demonic Activity is inspired by paranormal investigation media like The X-Files, Fringe, and Control, and set in the year 1999. While it can be listened to on its own, it's best paired with its prequel series, Florence DeWitt's Paranormal Detective Agency.
Tango Sector is a high-octane science fiction adventure using Scum & Villainy. It follows the crew of the spaceship Pelagian as they try to make some cash and stay under the radar in a sprawling, hegemonic, hypercapitalist space future. A great starting point for those looking for a good space opera.
Our first season, Deliverance OH, is a monster hunting story set in a small college town in rural Ohio. If you don't mind some audio issues, this season holds up, but we don't recommend beginning with it!
